Tuflex woven Stabilisation Geotextiles :-

Tuflex woven Slit Film Geotextiles and are ideal for separation, stabilisation and reinforcement applications.

Unpaved Roads :-
Deploying woven geotextiles over soft subgrades helps to reduce construction and maintenance costs of access and haul roads by spreading applied loads over a wider area, reducing rut depths and preventing aggregate contamination.

Paved Roads :-
Woven geotextiles placed on the subgrade, permanently separate the aggregates from the finer soils below and prevent aggregate contamination which is the leading cause of pavement failure.

Tuflex woven High Strength Geotextiles : -
These contain monofilament (warp) and fibrillated (fill) yarns that are woven in a unique twill pattern to form a strong geotextile with superior hydraulic properties.

Steep slopes :-
Reinforcement with woven high strength geotextiles allow construction of steep slopes and widening of existing embankments when sufficient land is not available or land costs are high.

Embankment over soft soils :-
Woven High Strength Geotextiles placed on soft ground, allow stable embankments to be constructed safely, rapidly and economically.

Lining system support :-
When a new landfill is to be placed on top of or adjacent to a closed landfill by installing Tuflex woven High Strength Geotextiles on top of the closed facility, the integrity of the new liner system can be preserved.

Lagoon closures :-
Tuflex woven High Strength Geotextiles placed over unstable soft waste, allow safe and rapid construction of soil caps over filled industrial sludge lagoons.
