Tuflex Geogrid

Geogrids are planar, polymeric structures consisting of regular open network of integrally connected tensile elements, used in contact with soil/rock and/or any other geotechnical material in civil engineering applications.

The primary function of geogrids is reinforcement. In some applications, the separation function may also be involved.

Tuflex Geogrids are classifieds as uniaxial and biaxial.
We offer geogrids from HDPE, Polypropylene, Polyester and other material based on site conditions

Following are some of the applications of Geogrids

Reinforcement of unbound aggregates inroads & rail trackbeds

Uniaxial Geogrids

Asphaltic reinforcement
Reinforced soil retaining walls
Reinforced steep slopes
Reconstruction of failed slopes
Lining systems support
Heavy duty pavements in airports, sea ports, container yards.
Gabions for erosion control, scour protection and retaining structures

Embankment foundations - basal reinforcement, geocell mattress, load distribution platforms, etc.

Rockfall protection

Biaxial Geogrids
